Workforce Planning & Systems ManagerA leading organisation is seeking a Workforce Planning & Systems Manager to own the effectiveness and continuous improvement of its workforce management systems and processes.
You will play a key role in optimising Dayforce, improving workforce data integrity, strengthening operational controls and enabling reliable workforce outcomes across a complex organisation.Key responsibilities include:Own the administration, optimisation and improvement of Dayforce workforce management functionalityManage rostering, scheduling and time & attendance processesMaintain system configuration, workflows, access controls and documentationImprove workforce data quality through validation, controls and exception managementLead pre-payroll workforce data checks and issue resolutionIdentify process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve efficiencyPartner with Operations, People, Payroll,



Finance and Technology teams to deliver improvementsSupport system changes, testing and implementation activitiesYou will bring:Experience managing workforce management systems, ideally Dayforce or a comparable platformStrong understanding of rostering, scheduling and time & attendance processesExperience improving systems, controls and operational processesAbility to analyse data, identify root causes and implement practical solutionsConfidence working across technical and operational stakeholdersWhy consider this prospect?
