With a strong community focus and a growing range of services, they are looking for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their close-knit finance team on a permanent full time basis.About the roleManaging a portfolio of customer accounts and driving the timely collection of outstanding balancesPreparing and running regular invoice cycles accurately and on scheduleInvestigating and resolving account discrepancies and responding to customer queries promptlyRaising and tracking credit notes, keeping records accurate and up to dateSetting up new customer accounts and keeping existing account details currentHelping to reconcile and process NDIS claims as neededBuilding strong working relationships with internal teams and external customersSupporting the wider finance team with ad hoc tasks and projectsAbout youEexperience in an accounts receivable,
