The Far East Company in Byron Bay is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Bar Manager to oversee two Bars within it's most popular venues in Byron Bay. Hutong Harrys and Bang Bang Byron Bay.

Our expanding group has venues stretching from Noosa, through Brisbane, Byron Bay, East Ballina and Coffs Harbour.

As a Bar Manager candidate you will:

- have leadership experience with a proven ability to train, mentor and inspire teams
- have a passion for all things cocktails, spirits, wines and beers
- Incorporate good organisation and planning,



whilst working alongside and enabling other leaders and staff to work efficiently and cohesively.
- initiate training and mentoring for staff to encourage and facilitate development for all the team

The successful candidates will be:

- a team player and highly focused
- have the ability to work under pressure
- able to create a positive and proactive work setting
- have strong communication and organisational skills
- havea 'can do' attitude
- can jump on the floor to provide assistance to the floor team
- enjoy a smaller and interactive cocktail bar environment which allows your fun and charismatic demeanour to enhance the guests' experience.

Wage negotiable for the right applicants and based on experience.
