Family Spirit seeks a Therapeutic Case Manager to deliver comprehensive case management and therapeutic interventions for children and young people in permanency support. You will collaborate with families, carers and stakeholders to develop plans, monitor well-being and ensure compliance with NSW child protection standards.
The role requires trauma-informed practice, robust written and oral communication, and the ability to work with CALD and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
