About the Role
As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, high-quality patient care across a variety of hospital and acute care environments while working alongside multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Responsibilities may include:
- Patient assessment and clinical monitoring
- Medication administration and IV therapy
- Delivering evidence-based nursing care
- Care planning and clinical documentation
- Responding to patient deterioration and emergencies
- Collaborating with medical and allied health teams
- Maintaining patient safety and quality care standards
- Supporting positive patient outcomes
- Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 2 years recent Australian acute hospital experience
- Recent experience in one or more acute care specialties
- Current National Police Check
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Up-to-date immunisation records and compliance documentation
- Full Australian working rights
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
