The Role
As the first point of contact you’ll effectively manage inbound calls, gathering, and documenting information taking end-to-end ownership of each call and providing prompt solutions. You’ll be liaising with a range of stakeholders as you prioritise jobs, eliminate urgent issues and provide ongoing feedback to all stakeholders, constructively dealing with issues while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday, on a rotating full time roster between the hours of 7.00am to 7.00pm.

About you
We’re looking for confident, friendly individuals with exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, who have a passion for providing an outstanding customer experience.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 months experience working within a call centre environment. Robust background in retail, hospitality or supermarket environments will also be viewed favourably.
