Medical Receptionist - Align Orthopaedics + RehabWe are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our busy and growing multi-specialist practice at the Mater in South Brisbane.This newly created position offers an exciting opportunity to join our friendly reception team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of our newly refurbished offices.
We ideally would like someone to commence the role in early November following the completion of our renovations.About the RoleAvailable on a full time or part time basis (minimum four days per week), this role is ideal for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Working alongside our experienced reception team, you will provide high-quality administrative support to a team of specialists and play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include (but are not limited to):Providing comprehensive administrative support to a team of specialistsScheduling appointments and managing patient recordsCoordinating referrals and clinic workflowsHandling patient enquiries via phone, email,
