It is an all-rounder position combining front desk coordination with dental assisting duties.Key responsibilities include:Sterilisation and equipment setupProviding exceptional patient service in person and over the phoneManaging appointment bookings, recalls, and paymentsAssisting with workflow, organisation, and team support across both sitesContributing to process improvements and operational efficiencyAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is:Friendly, skilled and reliableConfident communicating with patients in person and over the phoneOrganised,
proactive and able to use initiativeAble to work well in a busy team environment and has enviable work ethicFlexible and willing to work across both Carina and Capalaba locationsAvailable to work Saturday morningsHolds a current driver's licence and has reliable transportExperience in dental reception or dental assisting is highly desirable, but not essential.Why Join Us?
