Our client is an established and highly successful real estate business based in Brisbane's southern suburbs, looking to appoint an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of their property management division.

This opportunity suits an ambitious, results-driven BDM looking to maximise their earning potential, with an attractive salary package, an OTE of $286k and the potential for future equity and profit-sharing opportunities.

The role

- Drive new business growth and expand the existing property management rent roll.

- Generate new managements through a combination of self-generated leads, sales team referrals and existing business relationships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors and prospective clients.

- Work closely with an established sales team to identify and convert new business opportunities.

- Conduct rental appraisals, listing presentations and client meetings.

- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective landlords and investors.

- Play a key role in the ongoing growth and development of the property management division.

About you





- Previous experience in a Business Development Manager role within residential real estate.

- A proven track record of generating new managements and growing a rent roll.

- Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills.

- Confidence in prospecting, networking and converting new business opportunities.

- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on achieving results.

- The ability to work autonomously while collaborating with an established sales team.
