Bolton Clarke is seeking a Registered Nurse - Home Care to promote holistic, client-centred care across the Cairns region, including Northern Beaches, Tablelands and Gordonvale. You will assess, prevent, refer and promote health, while adhering to Consumer Directed Care principles and organisational policies.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Nursing, be registered with AHPRA, and demonstrate robust clinical assessment, medication administration and communication skills.
