Better BalanceAbout the roleDelivering electrical distribution designs across overhead, underground and/or distribution substation projects.Taking ownership of projects of varying complexity and coordinating design deliverables to meet quality, programme and budget requirements.Applying engineering principles,



industry standards and utility requirements to develop compliant design solutions.Considering Safety in Design, constructability, maintainability and interactions with existing network assets.Attending project sites and providing technical advice and support when required.Collaborating with clients, network representatives, engineers, designers, project managers and other stakeholders.Resolving technical challenges and identifying prospects to improve design quality and project delivery.What you need to have:Proven experience and understanding in electrical distribution designThe ability to consider safety, constructability and other existing assets when developing designsA practical, solutions-focused approachKnowledge and application of Safety in DesignExperience with AutoCADExperience with NEARA would be advantageous, but is not essentialJoin BalparaFor a confidential discussion about the role, please contact Mariam Wissa on .
