The Test Engineer ensures HSA'sworld‐leading hydrogen technology prototypesundergo structured, standards‐aligned testing that produces high‐integrity, traceable data for internal engineering decisions and external validation.
This role is central to prototype readiness, safety assurance and evidence generation for independent verification partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop integrated test plans, readiness checklists and entry/exit criteriaValidate test settings, instrumentation and calibration statusExecute structured tests including:System bring‐up and functional checksLeak testing and pressure integrityThermal cycling and stability assessmentsGas output verification and performance auditsElectrical audits and safety checks.Capture fully traceable data (timestamps, configuration, calibration state, chain‐of‐custody)Log deviations, nonconformances and anomalies with root‐cause analysisMap test procedures to relevant safety, EMC,
