Front Desk Receptionist - Serviced ApartmentsThis is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys dealing with guests, is organised and confident working independently, and takes pride in keeping front desk operations running smoothly.
You will work approximately 3 shifts per week with some weekend availability required, in a serviced apartment workplace at a convenient Toowong location, close to train, bus and Toowong Village.
Full training is provided.Key responsibilitiesGuest check-in and check-outHandling phone, email and online booking enquiriesTaking reservations and assisting guests with booking enquiriesProcessing payments, invoices and basic administrative tasksLiaising with housekeeping and maintenance when requiredResponding to guest requests and resolving day-to-day issuesFollowing property procedures and policiesMaintaining a professional, organised reception areaAssisting with room checks and some small cleaning dutiesAbout youFriendly, professional and confident when dealing with guestsFluent and confident communicating in English,
