Xylem is seeking a Sales Manager, WI Transport, South Region based in Melbourne. Hybrid role leading a regional sales team across VIC, TAS and SA, driving profitable growth and customer engagement in water infrastructure transport solutions.

You will coach the sales team, develop plans with leadership, manage tenders and contracts, and collaborate with product, marketing, service and finance to win opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. Travel interstate as needed.
