As an Customer Account Manager, you will work with our established network of music retailers, helping customers with product enquiries, orders and sales opportunities across our range of musical instruments and accessories.
Working as part of our sales team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, handle inbound enquiries and identify opportunities to grow sales within existing accounts.Key responsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with existing customersHandling inbound customer enquiries and sales opportunitiesPromoting and selling musical instruments and accessoriesProviding knowledgeable product advice and recommendationsProcessing and following up customer orders and enquiriesIdentifying opportunities to grow sales within existing accountsSupporting promotions, recent product releases and sales initiativesWorking closely with our wider sales, purchasing and warehouse teamsProviding the high level of customer service AMS is known forAbout youPrevious sales or customer service experienceExperience within the musical instrument, music retail or related industry highly regardedKnowledge of musical instruments,
