You will own delivery, margins and client relationships, supported by a dedicated estimator and admin team.
Autonomy and strategic input are core, with a focus on protected, well-built outcomes.The role requires deep hydraulic services knowledge, a genuine delivery track record, and the ability to review designs, challenge estimates and drive buildability on site.
