Born of a simple gesture in 1976, L’Occitane en Provence is a natural and luxurious beauty brand inspired by the richness of the earth and the light of the South of France. We transform nature’s treasures into sensorial, effective skincare and beauty rituals – always with a deep respect for people and the planet.

With Trust as our foundation, Curiosity as our compass, and Excellence as our standard, we are committed to sustainable innovation, ethical sourcing, and socially responsible practices. Now with over 2,200 boutiques worldwide, our values of authenticity, respect, and continuous improvement continue to guide everything we do.

L’Occitane en Provence is proudly B Corp certified, and we are dedicated to building an inclusive workplace where all individuals feel safe, respected, and valued – free from discrimination, and empowered to grow.

What you’d be doing

That will depend on what you bring to the team. We’ll work with you to shape your responsibilities around your areas of expertise, the work you enjoy and the needs of our clients.

Your role could focus on complex IR advice, employee relations and workplace investigations, terminations, general protection claims, payroll remediation, HR and payroll systems implementation, or general HR consulting. It might be a dedicated specialisation or a mix of areas, we don’t expect you to do it all.

Whatever your focus, you’ll build trusted client relationships, take ownership of your matters and projects, and deliver clear, practical solutions. You’ll work independently, with a talented and supportive team alongside you to share ideas, draw on each other’s expertise and deliver wow-worthy work.

Who you are:

We’re looking for someone special. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate:

- Extensive (minimum 10 years’) experience operating as a HR professional, ideally with a consulting background.
- Proven ability to provide accurate and practical advice across a wide range of topics.
- Robust knowledge of Awards with demonstrated expertise in accurate interpretation and application.
- Exceptional attention to detail, professional writing style, and Microsoft Office skills.
- A client-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering excellent service.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and sound decision-making skills.

We cannot include application instructions or contact details here.
