Edutech School Partnerships & Careers Lead

This is an emerging Edutech role focusing initially on school partnerships with the potential for a shift into a senior position. You will build relationships with careers advisers, teachers, school leaders and other education stakeholders; demonstrate ACTS's Job Readiness avatar simulations; help schools understand how the program can support their students; and turn suitable opportunities into pilots and paid school subscriptions. You'll also be involved in developing the avatar simulations as the packages expand - potentially incorporating new simulations across history, professional development and disability training.

Key responsibilities

Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective schools, initially across the ACT and surrounding NSW and VIC - expanding more broadly

Develop trusted relationships with careers advisers, career practitioners, teachers, school leaders and relevant education networks

Introduce and demonstrate ACTS Education's Job Readiness simulation package to schools

Follow up leads and move interested schools from initial conversation through demonstration, pilot and paid subscription

Visit schools and support initial implementation and onboarding where useful

Represent ACTS at relevant careers, education, school-industry and networking events

Maintain accurate and current school, contact, opportunity and follow-up information in ACTS's CRM





Gather structured feedback from educators and students and help translate that feedback into improvements to the product and school offering

Contribute to practical sales, demonstration and communication materials for schools

Support successful implementation, renewals and expansion within existing school relationships

Understands the realities, rhythms and decision‑making processes of secondary schools

Communicates naturally with careers advisers, teachers and school leaders

Is committed to an ethical approach to AI use in education

Is curious about how AI can be used responsibly and practically in education

Is comfortable learning and demonstrating new technology

Is organised and comfortable maintaining a CRM and pipeline

Can work independently in a small and growing organisation
