Bring a great attitude. Learn hospitality. Become part of the Maharaja’s family.
We’re looking for friendly, motivated people who enjoy meeting others and take pride in doing a job well. Whether you’ve worked in hospitality before or are looking for your first chance, we’re keen to meet you.
Waitstaff — Maharaja’s Castle Hill
About the role
You’ll be part of our front-of-house team, helping create the kind of experience that brings guests back. From welcoming someone through the door to remembering their favourite order, the small things matter here.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and helping them settle in.
- Taking accurate orders and getting to know our menu.
- Serving food and drinks with care.
- Keeping tables clean, organised and ready for the next guests.
- Working closely with the kitchen and your teammates to keep service flowing.
Who you are
Experience is welcome. Attitude is essential.
You’re reliable, eager to learn and willing to put in the effort. When it gets busy, you stay focused,
communicate and help wherever you’re needed.
We’d love someone who:
- Enjoys making people feel welcome.
- Arrives on time and ready to work.
- Takes initiative without always needing to be asked.
- Welcomes feedback and wants to improve.
- Can work evening and weekend shifts.
Why join Maharaja’s?
We’re a family‑run Indian restaurant with a hospitality heritage dating back to 1991. We care about our food, our guests and the people who make it all happen.
You’ll learn practical hospitality skills, build confidence and work with a team that supports each other while holding a high standard. We want someone who’ll grow with us and become a valued part of the Maharaja’s family.
