UGL is seeking a Senior HSE Advisor for a major renewable energy project in Victoria. This hands-on, site-based role requires partnering with project leaders and frontline teams to build a solid safety culture, manage risk and support safe delivery of a large BESS project.

You will lead investigations, audits, safety initiatives and continuous improvement across civil, electrical, HV and commissioning works while mentoring HSE team members and shaping site safety culture.
