Combining working from home, regular attendance at the Sunshine office and travel across the region, this role offers variety and flexibility within an established national organisation.

About the role:
You'll lead a team of Home Assessors responsible for assessing residential property damage, reviewing repair scopes and ensuring accurate, efficient claims outcomes.

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Home Assessors across the region.
- Provide technical guidance on building repairs, estimating and scopes of work.
- Monitor team performance, productivity and assessment quality.
- Support complex claims, escalations and operational challenges.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and cost outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with builders, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
