Location: Based in Port Campbell and various locations throughout the Shire

Job type: Temporary Full time up to 12 months

Salary: $69,226 to $72,475 per annum,dependent on qualifications and experience

About the position

In this role, you will provide visitor information and customer service, promote local attractions and events, and encourage visitors to explore the region, helping to create memorable visitor experiences.

About you

- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong written and verbal communication, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and deliver high-quality customer service to visitors, industry and stakeholders through face-to face, mobile and roving,



events and other visitor touchpoints.
- Demonstrated digital literacy, with the ability to effectively use a range of software, online platforms and digital tools, and the ability to adapt to new systems.
- Qualifications in tourism or a related discipline are desirable.
- A current Victorian Driver’s Licence, recent National Police Check and Working with Children check, or the ability to obtain.
