The Opportunity

We're looking for an AI Transformation Partner to lead the practical implementation and adoption of AI across our business. This hands-on role combines AI automation, business process improvement and organisational change, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to turn AI opportunities into practical solutions.

You’ll play a key role in our business-wide AI transformation, developing AI-powered workflows, reducing repetitive tasks and helping employees embrace new ways of working. From initial automation projects to more sophisticated AI agents and system integrations, your focus will be on delivering measurable improvements in productivity and operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

AI Implementation & Workflow Automation

- Design, build and optimise AI agents, workflows and automation solutions that address real business challenges.

- Map existing processes, identify opportunities for improvement and integrate AI solutions with business systems.

- Test and scale successful solutions across teams, ensuring reliability and measurable results.

AI Adoption & Organisational Change

- Drive AI adoption through hands-on coaching, training, troubleshooting and ongoing employee support.

- Identify and empower internal AI champions to encourage experimentation and knowledge sharing.

- Help teams embed AI into everyday operations and confidently adopt new ways of working.

Strategy & Business Impact





- Partner with senior leadership to prioritise AI initiatives and translate strategy into practical outcomes.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver transformation projects.

- Establish success measures, track adoption and productivity improvements, and report on business impact.

What We're Looking For

AI Implementation & Technical Skills

- Proven experience implementing AI-powered workflows, agents or automation solutions in a business environment.

- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate or similar tools.

- Strong understanding of business process mapping, workflow optimisation and practical AI implementation.

Business Transformation & People Skills

- Experience driving technology adoption, business transformation or organisational change.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical teams.

- A proactive, collaborative approach with the confidence to influence stakeholders and turn ideas into action.

Highly Regarded

- Experience within media, marketing, creative or professional services environments.

- Familiarity with APIs, connectors, MCPs, enterprise integrations or multi-agent systems.

- Knowledge of AI governance, data privacy and measuring automation effectiveness.
