Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking a Transitional Nurse Practitioner to provide expert clinical assessment, diagnostics interpretation and treatment planning within the Palliative Care Service. You will rotate across RACF, HiTH, and CPCT clinics to support complex patient care including ambulatory services.

The role requires NMBA-approved Nurse Practitioner qualifications, with at least 5 years post-registration and 3 years in palliative care, along with solid leadership and evidence-based
