This is a general labour role supporting spray painters in daily production activities. You will assist across preparation, finishing, material handling, and general factory operations. Training will also be provided.

We’re looking for a casual employee with potential for permanent over time for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

- To be able to read and understand drawings for masking purposes.
- Clean, inspect, and maintain all equipment and work areas.
- Packing and unpacking of goods received and sent out.
- Operating forklift but not a must.
- Assist other teams where required.

About you

- Applicants must be an Australian resident or hold a permanent resident visa.
- Have a Valid VIC Driver's License.
- Come from an industrial painting background.




- Forklift license desirable but not a must.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- To be able to follow instructions, procedures, and safety standards.
- Physically fit and capable, attention to detail.
