commUnity+ is seeking a part time Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team. You will support vulnerable clients, conduct assessments, engage services, and coordinate supports across legal and non-legal needs, delivering an integrated, person-centred approach.
This fixed-term role (12 months) averages 30.4 hours per week, with salary packaging advantages and prospects to influence service delivery across multiple sites.
