RLX is seeking an experienced maintenance leader to own maintenance performance at the SELX facility in Yass NSW. You will lead proactive planning, hands-on problem solving and team coordination to keep critical infrastructure protected and available for day-to-day operations.
In this role you will manage planning, scheduling and compliance with WH&S; requirements, supervise contractors, and drive a proactive culture to ensure reliable plant and equipment across the site.
