Super Retail Group is seeking a Head of Profit Protection to lead Central Operations across four brands from our rebel Home Ground Office.
You will drive group-wide loss initiatives, strengthen governance, and embed sustainable solutions to reduce shrink and improve stock integrity.
You will partner with stakeholders, deliver measurable outcomes, and coach teams to adopt best-practice profit protection processes across Rebel, Supercheap Auto, BCF and Macpac.
