We are seeking an experienced Medical Imaging Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Delta Medical Imaging in Fairfield, NSW. This full-time role is providing excellent patient service and administrative support to our patients and clinicians.
Key responsibilities
- Answering the phone, welcoming and managing patient appointments, being extra friendly to patients
- Booking appointments and providing information about the nuclear medicine and radiology procedures to patients
- Fast and accurate typing
- Communication with medical practitioners, liaising with referrers, and patients
- Assisting in any other office tasks in the practice when required
About you
- A high level of professionalism, excellent telephone manner, and abilities in dealing with various people in a complex environment
- Experience in a medical imaging or radiology practice will be highly regarded
- Caring attitude for patients and staff
- Ability to learn fast
- Advantage: fluency in Mandarin
