About the role

With a large sales and property management team, an unusual amount of 'phone in' rental appraisals and with an established database to work, your success will only be limited by your own efforts. This is a Monday to Friday role with only occassional Saturday work as required.

You'll work closely alongside an experienced Sales Manager and Business Development Manager, learning how to identify opportunities, build relationships, open doors and ultimately develop into a successful BDM yourself..

For experienced professionals: Hit the ground running with direct collaboration and strategic support, using your skill set to expand our market reach while sharpening your deal-closing ability.

Duties

Include, but are not limited to;

- Sourcing new business
- Database Management
- Conducting rental appraisals and present management proposals
- Generating current listings
- Investor services management
- Rental Provider onboarding
- Liasing with the sales team
- Collaborate with the Property Management team to ensure a seamless client experience
