About the role

Due to continuous growth, Mimosa Homes is looking for a Construction Manager to join our team in the North West Region.

Reporting directly to the Building Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing residential construction for your region, ensuring quality, cost control, team performance and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

- Monitor construction progress and ensure weekly and monthly targets are achieved.
- Manage and support site supervisors in coordinating trades and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain and regularly update project action lists for current and upcoming jobs to ensure tasks and priorities are managed effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement and collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve cost-effective construction,



efficient production and on-time project delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable OHS/WHS requirements, building regulations and company standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, allocate duties effectively and ensure team responsibilities are completed on time.

What you will need

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the Construction industry (preferably volume building).
- Possess a “can do” attitude.
- Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done.
- Ability to earn respect from your team and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong focus on quality along with process improvement and problem solving.
- Exceptional performance management and leadership skills.
