Overview: PROBOND is an aluminium cladding supplier that distributes pre finished aluminium cladding panels for façade and construction. We’re growing the division and need someone who knows how to win from the front. This is a specification-focused role: your job is to get PROBOND specified, and then follow those projects all the way to the order. You’ll be based in Melbourne and operating across the Victorian commercial construction market, with regular time at our Geelong headquarters working closely with the broader CPH team.
Responsibilities include targeting and winning specification from architects and designers at project inception, delivering CPD presentations, tracking live projects, building a structured pipeline, converting specifications into orders, maintaining CRM discipline, representing PROBOND at industry events, and collaborating with contractors and builders.
Requirements include proven specification sales experience with relationships with architects and designers, CRM discipline, a high-performance teamwork mindset, and willingness to travel to Geelong HQ 2–3 days per week. Familiarity with Estimate One or BCI is a strong advantage.
