We're on the lookout for a fully qualified, experienced and motivated Automotive Mechanic to join our growing team!

At Modified Explorer, we specialise in 4WD servicing, mechanical repairs, diesel performance and aftermarket modifications. From everyday servicing and diagnostics to performance upgrades and custom builds, no two days are the same.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, has solid mechanical knowledge and can confidently work both independently and as part of a team.

What You'll Be Doing:

General vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.

Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical faults.

Installing aftermarket performance upgrades, including turbochargers, exhaust systems, suspension components and 4WD accessories.

Conducting vehicle inspections and mechanical assessments.

Assisting with vehicle preparation for performance upgrades.





Maintaining high standards of workmanship, efficiency and workshop safety.

What We're Looking For:

Fully qualified Light Vehicle Automotive Mechanic – essential.

Proven experience in automotive servicing, repairs and diagnostics.

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently.

Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Reliable, punctual and a positive team player.

Experience with diesel engines, 4WDs and performance modifications is highly regarded.
