We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day warehouse activities across a multi-client, 3PL operation. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the operation, supporting their team and making sure work is completed safely, accurately and on time.

You will work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Team Leaders to coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, inventory and dispatch activities.

With a strong customer focus, you will play a key role in developing team capability through coaching, cross‑training and hands‑on operational leadership.

Self‑driven with a natural ability to engage and motivate, you bring a positive, can‑do attitude that will build trust and credibility across the team/business.

Key Responsibilities;

- Lead, coach and support Team Leaders (x3) and warehouse employees across day‑to‑day operations
- Coordinate workloads and resources across multiple clients (internal SBU’s) and operational priorities.
- Ensure receiving, picking, packing and dispatch activities are completed safely, accurately and within agreed service levels.
- Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, WMS integrity and stock control.
- Promote cross‑training and develop trained backup capability across key warehouse functions.
- Monitor operational performance, fulfillment targets and customer service requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Customer Service, Inventory, Transport and external freight providers to resolve issues and maintain service levels.




- Identify opportunities to improve safety, productivity, accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Provide operational support to the Warehouse Manager as/when required.

About You?

- Demonstrated experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leadership role
- Solid 3PL and multi‑client warehouse knowledge and experience.
- A genuine commitment to workplace health and safety, with the confidence to address in a proactive and professional manner
- Hands‑on, can‑do approach and the ability to remain calm and solutions‑focused in a fast‑paced environment
- Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring and developing warehouse team within a 3PL or distribution environment
- The ability to build positive working relationships and complement an established team environment.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with WMS, RF scanning, inventory control and warehouse KPIs.
- Experience across receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and freight coordination.
- A current LF forklift licence and/or LO order picker licence (working at heights)
- Experience with Chain of Responsibility, load restraint and safe loading practices.
- Qualifications in warehousing, logistics or a related discipline would be advantageous.
