Based in Sydney, you’ll partner with the General Manager and Leadership Team to drive a people agenda that supports commercial performance and sustainable growth, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

You’ll provide strategic advice on organisational design, workforce planning, talent and leadership capability, employee relations, and change.
