Sharp & Carter is seeking a Senior Administration Officer in Port Melbourne to take ownership of day-to-day administration, support site operations and lead a small admin team. The role spans timesheets, payroll, purchasing, onboarding and documentation to keep projects running smoothly.

You will work closely with site teams, project managers, payroll and finance, driving efficiency and ensuring accurate, timely processing.
