You’ll work closely with the Regional Sales Manager (SA/WA) to develop and deliver sales plans, hit agreed targets, and grow Polyaire’s presence throughout SA and other areas as required.

- Monitor and follow up on sales leads: Track potential sales opportunities and follow up with leads to convert them into sales, ensuring all leads are contacted in a timely manner.
- Grow new accounts once won: Build strong relationships with the customers you bring on board so they keep growing with Polyaire.
- Work with the wider sales team on existing accounts where needed.
- Monitor competitor and market activities by gathering and analysing relevant information and providing regular reports to management to inform strategic decisions.
- Keep clients informed about new products, promotions, and sales initiatives through various communication channels to encourage increased engagement and sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client enquiries, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring that client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Support the sales team by preparing customised quotes and pricing for clients, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness to meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Represent Polyaire at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings, and bring our products to life with demonstrations and on-site training for customers.

Skills & Experience

- A proven track record in B2B sales (HVAC, construction,

electrical or related industries highly regarded).
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- A natural new-business winner: confident, self-starting and driven to find and win new customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain their value.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, to influence decision making.
- Robust personal accountability for managing your time and working efficiently.
