We are looking for a warm, organised and proactive Chiropractic Assistant to work closely with our Principal Chiropractor, Dr Nick Harvey. The role involves creating an excellent client experience and managing the daily details that keep the practice running smoothly. We want someone who notices what needs doing, takes initiative and follows tasks through to completion.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome clients and families and help them feel comfortable and cared for.
- Manage appointments, bookings, rescheduling, cancellations and waiting lists.
- Respond to phone calls, emails and messages professionally.
- Follow up current client enquiries, missed appointments and outstanding administrative tasks.
- Process payments, issue receipts and maintain accurate client records.
- Guide new clients through paperwork, practice procedures and what to expect during their visits.
- Assist with posture photographs and Insight nervous system scan collection once appropriately trained and under the chiropractor's direction.
- Keep reception, assessment rooms and adjusting areas clean, organised and ready for clients.
- Complete opening and closing procedures and monitor supplies.
- Use practice software and automated systems confidently,

- Relevant reception, administration, customer service or healthcare experience would be valuable. Previous chiropractic assistant experience is welcome, but attitude, reliability, organisation and willingness to learn are especially important.
