Job Requirements & Skills

- 12 years in IT infrastructure & operations
- Solid knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, SLAs, and compliance (ISO, SOC2)
- Experience managing data centers, cloud (Azure/AWS), and enterprise IT environments
- Bachelor's/Master s in IT or related field
- Relevant certifications: ITIL v4, PMP, Azure/AWS preferred
- IT Infrastructure Management (Windows/Linux, networking, storage)
- Cloud Ops (Azure, AWS), DR & BCP planning
- Monitoring & automation tools (SolarWinds, SCCM, scripting)

Soft Skills

- Possess strong interpersonal skills, team player,



Project management skills and the ability to establish relationship with senior business stakeholders as an IT trusted advisor from an IT operations perspective.
- Managing team's responsible for strategic planning, business development or client management and working with a broad range of diverse and complicated business units.
- Exposure to developing and deploying the latest digital technologies
- Result-oriented and creative problem solver with a strong can-do attitude and ability to dissect a complex problem
- Strong ability in driving a diverse Asia Pacific IT team towards betterment of client
