About the role

SNDYS is searching for a senior leader to lead the direction. Reporting to the Founders, you'll own the marketing plan end to end, from annual strategy through to what goes live this week, and lead the social media, PR and content teams. Brand marketing sits at the heart of the role: building a brand and social channels that drive overall growth for SNDYS.

This is a doer and strategist in one seat. You'll set the direction and still be hands on with parts of execution.

What you'll own

360 strategy and planning

Build and own the annual marketing strategy and campaign calendar, aligned to product drops, buy plans and revenue targets across AU and US

Set channel budgets and targets, and report on performance against them each month

Work closely with product, ecommerce and operations so launches land with the right stock, story and timing

Brand marketing and social growth

Own the SNDYS brand: positioning, tone of voice and how the brand shows up at every touchpoint

Lead brand campaigns that build awareness, desire and overall brand growth, not just short term sales

Grow SNDYS's social channels, including audience, engagement and community, with Instagram and TikTok as priority platforms

Track brand health alongside performance, including awareness, share of voice, social growth and engagement

Digital and performance marketing

Lead paid media across Meta, Google and TikTok

Own acquisition targets including MER, CAC, ROAS and new customer growth





Run a structured testing roadmap across creative, audiences, offers and landing pages

Ecommerce

Partner on the Shopify site experience: merchandising, landing pages, promotions and conversion rate

Plan and execute sale events, product drops and seasonal moments

Use customer and sales data to shape what gets pushed, when and to whom

CRM and retention

Own email and SMS strategy, flows, segmentation and the campaign calendar

Grow repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value and the share of revenue from CRM

Public relations and events

Lead the PR team, media relationships and press moments that build brand heat

Plan and deliver brand events, pop-ups and activations from concept to wrap

Social, content and Revenue Drivers

Lead the social media and content teams, setting the creative direction and content calendar

Keep Instagram and TikTok scroll-stopping, on brand and built to convert

Oversee the Revenue Driver (influencer) program, from selection and seeding through to performance tracking

Leadership

Manage, coach and grow the social, PR and content teams, with clear goals and regular one on ones

Build the processes, briefs and reporting rhythm that let the team move rapid without dropping the ball

What you'll bring

Minimum 3 years in a management level marketing role, leading people and owning results

Fashion or apparel brand experience

Strong understanding of CRM, including email and SMS strategy, flows, segmentation and retention metrics

Proven performance marketing experience across Meta, Google and TikTok, and confidence with the numbers behind them (MER, CAC, ROAS, LTV)

Hands-on ecommerce experience, ideally on Shopify

A track record of building and delivering 360 marketing strategies that join brand, performance, CRM, PR and social into one plan

Strong brand marketing experience, with a record of growing a brand and its social channels

Experience leading social, PR and content teams, with a sharp eye for creative that is on brand and commercially smart

Comfortable with data: you can read a dashboard, find the story and make the call
