MULTI-NATIONAL COMPANY LOCATED IN KING'S PARK SYDNEY URGENTLY REQUIRES WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR.

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR is responsible for the overall warehouse operation from inbound, outbound, documentations, organization, inventory management.

Overall responsibility for Nidec Australia warehouse activities covering alternators, drives & motors.

Daily operation of the warehouse and organize tasks, including picking/packing.

Managing goods movement within the warehouse and external providers.

Ensure adequate documentation is provided for goods movements (inbound and outbound).

Scan documents and email to sales admin team, or scan to assigned folder on server

Booking of all freight forwarder transport and logistics on the computer.

Ensuring the proper up keeping of all equipment and facilities.

Organizing goods storage in the warehouse efficiently and safely, etc.

Liaising with contractors for packing and shipping, etc.

Planning and execute work orders, deliveries of goods, documentation and records.

Carry out testing and troubleshooting.

Update product dispatch list from the warehouse computer on an ongoing basis.





Conduct mock-stock take prior to the actual stock-take, which will be conducted at least twice a year.

Adhere to local and international Leroy-Somer / CT trade compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices

Fulfil any other reasonable duties as required.

Must Have Qualification & Experience:

- Experience to operate high reach forklift
- Good organizational skills
- Good written and spoken English
- Sound judgement and positive business sense
- Strong Interpersonal & communication skills, Team Player
- Good sense of organization
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Fluent level of written and spoken English
- Pleasant personality and detail minded
- Good interpersonal skill and teamwork
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Hands-on, proactive, independent and high integrity
