We are looking for experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners who already have their own NDIS caseload and want to break out on their own, with their own clients and their own network. You are an ethical biller who follows the NDIS guidelines and puts participant outcomes first.
Ole Suke is a registered NDIS provider building a network of independent practitioners. You stay in charge of your clients, your hours and your clinical decisions. We provide the structure around you, so you can give every participant the best possible outcomes.
Be your own boss
Set your own hours and run your own caseload
Keep your own clients and grow your own network
Make your own clinical decisions
Join as an individual practitioner, or bring a small team who already share a full client base
The right support for your participants to get the best outcomes
NDIS provider registration and contractual framework
Insurance arrangements for the provider
Invoicing, payment processing and financial administration
Systems, software, policies and compliance support
Participant and client administration
Regular team meetings, education and training
Quarterly state-based events to connect with like-minded practitioners
Administrative support that grows with the network
You are paid monthly on a set date, with a clear statement of what was received, and superannuation is paid into your chosen fund with every payment. We review your progress together after about six months.
What you could earn
Practitioners delivering around 25 billable client hours a week have the potential to earn $180,000 to $250,000 a year. Your income depends on your caseload and billable hours. Earnings are not guaranteed.
Your path with us
Start: begin with a fair model while you transfer your participants and build momentum. Target a minimum of 15 billable hours a week.
Establish: build towards about 25 billable hours a week. We review your progress together after about six months.
Grow: established practitioners with a reliable caseload may be offered a fixed-fee option, keeping more of every additional dollar they bill.
You can move to a better-fitting model at any time we agree, in writing, after review.
Who this role suits
Practitioners working at Proficient level or above under the NDIS Commission's Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework: Proficient, Advanced or Specialist. This role is not suitable for Core-level practitioners. We work with practitioners who bill only for supports they have delivered, in line with NDIS pricing arrangements and price limits, and who follow the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
You will also have
NDIS Commission behaviour support practitioner suitability and current NDIS worker screening
Appropriate qualifications and experience in behaviour support
Your own existing NDIS caseload, and the ability to manage it independently (a minimum target of 15 billable client hours per week, growing towards around 25)
Your own ABN and comfort working as an independent subcontractor
Your own clinical supervision, arranged and paid for by you
Current professional registrations, memberships, checks and insurance where applicable
A commitment to ethical billing, quality documentation, compliance with NDIS guidelines and participant outcomes
Please note
This is an independent subcontractor arrangement, not employment. Potential earnings depend on your caseload and billable hours and are not guaranteed. Your payment is inclusive of superannuation. You are responsible for your own income tax, GST and clinical supervision costs. Full terms, including fees, are set out in the subcontractor agreement.
