- Confident, approachable, reliable and skilled
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable discussing adult products in a mature and respectful manner
- Willing to develop strong product knowledge
- Previous retail or customer service experience highly regarded
- Sales experience and confidence in upselling
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Genuine passion for creating a positive customer experience
