Unicorn Broadbeach Seafood Restaurant is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary operations in Broadbeach, on the Gold Coast. This full time role puts you at the forefront of food preparation, menu development and kitchen leadership, driving culinary excellence and guest satisfaction.

You will oversee all kitchen activities, mentor staff, manage inventory and food costs, and ensure strict adherence to HACCP and health codes.
