NSW Health is hiring a Physiotherapist (Lvl 1-2) for the Transitional Aged Care Program on a permanent full time basis. You will work with older adults, manage your caseload with evidence-based, person-centred care, and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
The role requires current AHPRA registration, relevant rehab/aged care experience, and a NSW C-class driver license (or equivalent) with NSW licensing within the first months of appointment.
