Wesfarmers Health is seeking a Team Manager – Outbound (AM) to lead and optimise fulfilment and dispatch operations at our Sydney Fulfilment Centre in Marsden Park. You will ensure orders are waved, picked and dispatched on time, five days a week, 9 AM to 5 PM, reporting to the Operations Manager.

You will oversee multiple zones, drive a safe, effective operation, and coach team members to meet service and cost KPIs.
