T’Gallant Vineyard is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our restaurant and bar operations, inspire our front-of-house team and deliver the exceptional hospitality we're known for.

Based at the Mornington Peninsula vineyard, you will oversee La Baracca and Spuntino Bar, coach a team of up to 30 casual staff and partner with the Head Chef to deliver memorable guest experiences and smooth service in a busy, guest-focused workplace.
