Cleaner - Afternoon Shift | Broadmeadows VIC $37.07 per Hour | Immediate Start | Food Production Setting
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaner to join our team in Broadmeadows on an afternoon shift with a 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM start.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous cleaning experience in a food manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, or food production workplace who are looking for consistent ongoing work.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising food production areas, equipment, and machinery
- Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
- Wash down of production lines and processing equipment
- General factory cleaning and housekeeping duties
- Waste removal and disposal
- Following cleaning schedules, procedures, and workplace safety requirements
Essential Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience in a food production, food manufacturing, dairy, beverage, or FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices
- Must hold full Australian working rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or unrestricted work visa holder)
- Available to work afternoon shifts commencing at 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual cleaning duties
- Strong attention to detail
