A reliable, friendly Operations Assistant role working across the pro shop and café at Waterford Valley Golf. The role involves serving customers, handling transactions, preparing beverages and food, managing bookings and tee times, overseeing golf carts, and performing general cleaning and light maintenance around the clubhouse and grounds.
Key responsibilities
- Serving customers in the pro shop and café, including handling cash and EFTPOS
- Making coffee and serving food and beverages
- Taking phone bookings and managing tee times
- Managing golf carts, including issuing, returning and cleaning them
- General cleaning and light maintenance around the clubhouse and grounds
About you
- Robust customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Confident handling money and taking payments
- Barista or hospitality experience is a bonus
- RSA certificate preferred (or willing to obtain one)
- Available for weekend shifts (at least one weekend shift a week required)
