ST. ALi in South Melbourne is seeking an experienced Senior Wait Staff member to join a rapid-paced, high-volume venue. You will own your section end-to-end, greet guests, take orders, run food and drinks, and help maintain the smooth flow of service.

You'll report to the Floor Supervisor and Venue Manager, train junior staff, and ensure menu knowledge, dietary accuracy and allergen awareness. Weekend availability and a willingness to obtain RSA/food safety if needed are essential.
